  3. Refund Approval: Refunds are issued at our discretion, provided the request is made within the 14-day window and meets our criteria. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
